Google
Business Profile.
For local businesses in Western North Carolina, the Google Map Pack is where customers decide who to call. We set up, verify, and optimize your profile, then connect it to your website so Google and AI answer engines see one consistent business.
What's Included
GBP Services
Setup & Verification
New profiles created and verified, or existing profiles claimed and cleaned up. Duplicate listings found and resolved. You keep ownership — we work as a manager on your account.
Category Mapping
Primary and secondary categories chosen against what your customers actually search for and what nearby competitors rank with. The primary category is the single biggest relevance signal on the profile.
Services & Products
Every service you offer listed with plain-language descriptions, so your profile matches the specific searches people make — not just your business name.
Service Area & Geography
Storefront address or service-area setup, depending on how you operate. Towns and counties you serve mapped across the profile and your site.
NAP Consistency Audit
Name, Address, and Phone checked across directories, social profiles, and your website. Mismatches documented and corrected so Google trusts the data it sees.
LocalBusiness Schema
Structured data added to your website that matches your profile exactly — hours, address, phone, services, and service area — so search engines and AI systems connect the two.
Website Interlinking
Profile links pointed at the right pages on your site, with tracking parameters so you can see GBP traffic separately in Google Analytics.
Photos & Media
Logo, cover, interior, exterior, team, and work photos uploaded and organized. Real images of your business, not stock.
Review Management
We monitor your reviews and respond on your behalf, in your voice — thanking happy customers and handling negative feedback calmly and professionally. Includes a simple, compliant process for asking customers for reviews and flagging reviews that violate Google's policies.
Google Posts
Regular posts for offers, events, and news written and published to your profile so it stays active and current. Available as an ongoing service — see below.
Monitoring & Reporting
Profile performance reviewed — calls, direction requests, website clicks, and search terms — with plain-language notes on what changed and what to do next.
Posting to
Google, handled.
Google Posts appear directly on your Business Profile in Search and Maps — the first thing people see when they look you up. Most businesses post once and forget. We write and publish them for you on a regular schedule so your profile always shows something current.
- Offers, events, updates, and new work — written in your voice.
- Real photos of your business with every post.
- Call-to-action buttons linked to the right page on your site.
- You approve topics up front. We handle the writing and publishing.

Common Questions
FAQ
Do I need a physical storefront to have a Google Business Profile?
No. Service-area businesses — contractors, mobile services, home-based businesses — can have a profile that shows the areas they serve without displaying a street address.
Will you need access to my Google account?
No. We request manager access to your Business Profile only. You stay the owner and can remove our access at any time.
Can you help if my profile is suspended or has duplicate listings?
Yes. We review the cause, correct the profile data, and submit reinstatement or duplicate-removal requests through Google's official channels.
